EquiRefresh

Hello, I'm Camilla, and together with Gregor I developed EquiRefresh. I've been a passionate show jumper for many years, and it was always important to me that my horses had everything they needed. Especially on competition days, it's crucial that horses drink enough water to perform at their best.

But reality often looked different: Nervousness at tournaments meant the horses drank less. Added to this was the unfamiliar situation of having to drink water from a bucket instead of from their usual water trough at home. I was determined to overcome these challenges – even after I ended my active competition career. My commitment to ensuring my horse was always well cared for remained.

Another problem arose in our paddocks: there was no water connection. Laying a water line would simply have been impossible while the stables were operating. So, a solution was needed. Gregor and I put our heads together, and the idea for EquiRefresh was born relatively quickly. We wanted to create a system that reliably supplies horses with water, whether at a competition or in the paddock.

EquiRefresh can be easily filled at competitions using a garden hose and holds almost 40 liters, which covers a horse's daily water needs. In the paddock, the system can simply be hung on the fence – no water connection required. No more tedious hauling of buckets, no more broken or dirty water troughs. In the stable, EquiRefresh even offers the option of providing warm water, which is particularly beneficial during the colder months.

Our mission was to make everyday life easier for riders and horses and to ensure that horses always drink enough – regardless of the circumstances. EquiRefresh is the result of these efforts, and we are proud to have found such a practical and reliable solution.
